Per car, up to four passengers. Once agreed, the same fixed price applies daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, except during the Christmas and New Year tariff periods below. Different fares for outward and collection journeys
The collection fare includes the usual waiting around the end of a performance. It is a separate one-way journey, not a return package covering both directions. Agree the collection time and any additional waiting before travel.

Agree your pickup point before the visit
Confirm a specific vehicle-accessible meeting point with your driver. Follow the venue team’s directions on the night. If your plans change, call us early; a different pickup time depends on availability.
Picnic bags and passengers
Tell us how many people are travelling and about picnic baskets, chairs or other bulky items so we can confirm space. Each car carries up to four passengers.
