Terminals, bags and the journey home: what to tell us when you book.

Your terminal and flight details
Give us your travel date, terminal, airline and flight time. For a collection, include the flight number and agree where to meet. Check that everyone is talking about the same date when a flight crosses midnight.
Your bags and passengers
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of suitcases. Four passenger seats do not guarantee space for four large cases. Mention access needs or child seats before the booking is confirmed.
Know what your fixed fare includes
Gatwick is £95 and Heathrow £160 from Seaford or Alfriston. Airport prices are the same in either direction and include standard airport drop-off and pickup charges. Confirm any extra stops or extended waiting arrangements.
Book both legs
Tell us about the return while arranging the outward journey. Availability must be confirmed for each leg. Standard fixed fares apply evenings, weekends and bank holidays, except during the Christmas and New Year tariff periods. Please confirm festive-period fares when booking.
